HOW TO UPGRADE UBUNTU LTS FOR NEW VERSION

So, normally  by default the ubuntu lts is blocked for new upgrade of system, about this if you have some distro that is Lts version and you want to upgrade you have to do that:

First:
leafpad /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades
change the last line :
